Hi Krista,
Assuming that the squealing noise is coming from under the passenger side of the dash, I would say your blower motor needs to be replaced. I have included a couple of links that relate to your repair although they do not show how to replace the blower motor itself. The costs can vary quite a bit depending on quality of parts used and if you are replacing yourself or having some one do it for you. In my own shop the whole job would run about $250 + tax, using an original equipment blower motor.
